You and all of the staff were very understanding, friendly and professional in the way you treated my wife and me during a difficult time. I also appreciate your suspending your normal cancellation policy. My wife is doing well and we are both very disappointed that we were not able to stay in your beautiful hotel for the duration of our plans. Of all the hotels we visited while we were in France, yours was by far the most tastefully decorated and had the friendliest and most attentive staff. We are looking forward to returning to Paris some time in the near future and hope to see you then.

My husband and I were guests at Hotel le Sainte-Beuve from March 22nd to March 24 th. This was our second visit to Paris and also our second stay at Hotel Le Sainte-Beuve. We very much enjoyed our visit to your beautiful city and once again found the hotel accommodations and service to be excellent.Iit was nice to return to the hotel to find the people at the front desk to be as friendly and helpful as we found them to be on our first visit. Whenever we return to Paris we will certainly plan on staying at hotel Le Sainte-Beuve.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I recently had the good fortune to stay at the hotel Sainte Beuve in Paris.
What a joy!
I arrived in Paris on the evening of the 25th August, to a temperature of 80-85 degrees, and to a hotel room without air-conditionning. Early the next morning I left to explore suitable hotels, armed with my small Hotels Book, picked up from the Franklin Hotel in London the previous day.
After inspecting two hotels, I arrived at the Sainte Beuve to be welcomed warmly and shown three examples of sultable rooms.
I couldn't move quikly enough!
Although I was only able to stay one night, the hotel and it's staff have made an impact on me, and I hope to return in the not-too-distant future.
The accomodations were faultessly presented, and I was made to feel that nothing was too much trouble. Upon departing, the manager was good enough to see me to my taxi and wish me a "Bon voyage"
